INSURANCE OPTIONS
I partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) to make it possible for you to use your insurance and get breastfeeding (including Prenatal) consults covered for free! Do you have BCBS PPO, Anthem, Provider Network of America (PNOA), Humana PPO, Companies that have Multiplan, Valuepoint, PHCS Logo on the card or VA CCN (VA CCN)?

We will both hear from TLN, usually within 24hrs, if they are able to accept your insurance plan or not.

In the meantime, feel free to book your consult or contact me with any questions you may have about the consult!
In-network with Aetna. Aetna typically covers up to 6 lactation visits. It is your responsibility to check with Aetna to verify your plan is covered for lactation services.

Contact Aetna and ask if your plan requires a doctor referral for lactation services. If so, we’ll need that on the day of our consult.
Note: Even though Aetna may tell you you’re covered 100%, some AETNA plans will charge a co-pay/patient responsibility which will be charged with the card you put on file during booking. Please contact me with any questions!
In-network with United Healthcare. United Healthcare typically covers all in-person lactation visits but will not cover Virtual. It is your responsibility to check with United to verify your plan is covered for lactation services.
